Garment Washing Facility, Bangladesh
Belly washing machines operate at a high liquor ratio of 11 L/kg and do not perform high-speed hydro extraction. Garments emerge with high moisture content (69%), requiring massive steam energy and prolonged cycles in tumble dryers.
Installed an integrated washing extractor (Model: HTX-120, 120 kg capacity). This machine combines wash and spin extraction, reducing the liquor ratio to 6 L/kg. High-speed hydro spinning removes moisture down to 48%, significantly cutting dryer energy demand.

High speed spin removes water weight
Drying cycle times reduced by 40%
Single machine performs washing and high-speed water extraction, eliminating separate transport.
Reduced fabric moisture content from 69% to 48%, saving 2,913 kg/day of water weight before drying.
Saves 99,191 kg of coal/year by reducing drying steam demand by 897 Tons.
Liquor ratio cut from 11 L/kg to 6 L/kg, saving 71,047 liters of fresh water daily.
