Engineering Resource International (ERI) Ltd. is looking for a skilled and driven Senior Engineer – SDE to join our growing technical team and contribute to industrial energy efficiency, sustainability, and resource optimization projects.
Position: Senior Engineer – SDE
Experience: Minimum 3 years
Educational Background: B.Sc. in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
Preferred Institution: BUET
Job Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh
What We’re Looking For
• Strong technical background in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience
• Experience in industrial systems, energy efficiency, factory assessment, or sustainability projects
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical reporting skills
• Ability to conduct field assessments and identify practical improvement opportunities
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work effectively with factories, clients, and multidisciplinary technical teams
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct and support industrial energy and resource efficiency assessments
• Analyze electrical, thermal, utility, and/or process systems based on technical expertise
• Identify efficiency improvement and sustainability opportunities
• Develop technical findings, recommendations, and assessment reports
• Support project execution, client coordination, and technical presentations
• Guide junior engineers and contribute to high-quality project delivery
