Engineering Resource International (ERI) Ltd. is looking for an experienced and driven Project Manager – SDE to join our team.

Position: Project Manager – SDE
Experience: Minimum 5 years
Educational Background: B.Sc. in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
Preferred Institution: BUET
Job Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh
What We’re Looking For
* Strong technical foundation in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
* Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience
* Proven experience in project planning, coordination, execution, and reporting
* Ability to lead teams and coordinate with factories, clients, brands, and other stakeholders
* Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
* Experience in industrial sustainability, energy efficiency, resource efficiency, or related projects will be an advantage
* Ability to manage multiple assignments, timelines, and deliverables effectively
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage assigned technical and sustainability projects
* Develop project plans, schedules, deliverables, and progress tracking
* Coordinate technical teams, clients, factories, brands, and project stakeholders
* Oversee field assessments and ensure quality of project deliverables
* Review technical findings, reports, and recommendations
* Ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope and timeline
* Support client communication, presentations, and project closing activities
